A weekly class held at the Centre of Wellbeing in Sawbridgeworth. During this hour long class you will use the body scan technique to explore the sensations within the body and release tension which is then followed by a guided meditation focusing on different areas each week. The aim of the class is to allow yourself some time to unwind, relax and recharge.
The cost of class is £10 and is payable on the day

Over this six weeks, meditation is practice is focusing on the chakras followed by relaxation.
Learn about a different chakra each week and leave feeling relaxed and balanced.
