Engage in relaxation and meditation techniques, to help calm and soothe both you and your unborn child, for a happier and healthy pregnancy.

This individual 1-2-1 relaxation and meditation session aims to  help with any anxiety and worries you may have. You will be led through a guided.  body scan. This process helps to  connect your mind and body  producing a wonderful relaxation with mindful awareness. Followed by a guided meditation to assist you in focusing on your pregnancy and forthcoming birth.

Combination: Massage with Relaxation

This treatment can be combined with a 1/2 hour massage for total relaxation. Available from early to late pregnancy.
